By accessing or using ArenaPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
ArenaPro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use our platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair ArenaPro's servers or networks. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or related systems.
All arena bookings made through ArenaPro are subject to availability and confirmation. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive an email notification. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable. ArenaPro reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of facility unavailability or breach of these terms.
All payments processed through ArenaPro are secured using industry-standard encryption. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. ArenaPro is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ArenaPro immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ArenaPro cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
Partners registered with ArenaPro agree to provide accurate information about their facilities and maintain the quality of service expected by users. ArenaPro reserves the right to suspend or remove partner access in the event of misrepresentation, poor service standards, or breach of these Terms.
All content on ArenaPro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ArenaPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without the express written permission of ArenaPro.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArenaPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
ArenaPro reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
